Cobblestone is located in California in the City of Pomona. Watt redeveloped Cobblestone to incorporate New Urbanism-style features in an attached townhome community. Each of the 166 units features pedestrian-oriented principles encompassing tree-lined streets, pedestrian-friendly pathways, alley-loaded private motor-courts and the distribution of open green-space in the form of small pocket parks and a pool/spa area. The community has six floor plans ranging from 1,425 to 1,647 square feet.
