Colony Court at Ontario is a planned Greenfield mixed-use development ideally located at the gateway to Ontario’s 8,200-acre New Model Colony master plan. The development will create a village-like development with 852 multi-family units including townhouses and flats. It will also incorporate 420,000 square feet of retail, commercial and office space; pedestrian pathways and trails, and five acres of parks and recreational areas linking residents to shops and services. The idea behind the development is that the commercial, residential, retail, and service/office uses will create a traditional community core. The project is currently in the planning and entitlement stages with a 2010 groundbreaking scheduled.
