Watt has completed several successful mixed use projects, requiring strong public/private partnerships. Watt strives to incorporate the principles of Intelligent Urbanism and sustainability into all of their developments. Watt is currently in the planning stages for a transit-oriented development (TOD) project that will help to rejuvenate a downtown area in Southern California.
