This 25 acre master plan mixed-use commerce park was developed in partnership with the Cal State University Long Beach Foundation. The site is a redevelopment of a former naval housing base; the project has the full support and cooperation of the City of Long Beach, CSULB and other agencies, and has been awarded incentive land-use designations.
