Sally Oxley is on Watt’s Board of Directors, using her years of experience to provide guidance and insight.  Sally began her career at Watt at the age of thirteen, doing filing and acting as the office assistant.  Over the years, she has maintained service to the company in numerous capacities.  While on breaks from high school, Stephens College, and The University of Southern California, Sally always committed her time to involvement in the management and day to day operations of Watt Companies.  Her participation ran the gamut from working in the escrow department, assisting with accounts receivables, planning marketing campaigns, to collaborating with the heads of the architectural department.

Sally’s community service involvement is extensive.  She is currently a member of the Trojan Club of San Diego.  She is also a member of the Trojan League Associates of San Diego as well as the Town and Gown Associates, USC Alumni Association, the San Diego Crew Classic stewards, the USC Associates, Fairbanks Republican Women’s Federation, and San Diego Kid’s Aid.  She has also been active with the American Nutrition Society, the National Charity League and on the Westlake School Board.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren, traveling and reading.  Her interests include real estate, nutrition, cultural anthropology and health.
