Watt Communities is managed by a talented team of professionals with a passion for building new home neighborhoods from entry-level to high-end luxury residences. Established in 2000, Watt Communities has an ongoing commitment to Ray Watt’s tradition of creating companies that are entrepreneurial, innovative and disciplined. Originally conceived as a Los Angeles-based, infill homebuilding unit, Watt Communities has grown into a regional, residential development company.
From the corporate office in Santa Monica, California, operations were expanded into California’s Central Coast in 2002, with the acquisition of the Arborwalk development in Santa Maria. A Bay Area office was established in Danville, California in 2004, with the acquisition of developments in Rohnert Park, Tiburon, South San Francisco and Salinas.
