Watt Retail Development primarily focuses on the development of shopping center projects. Since its inception, the unit has secured development/redevelopment opportunities to bring the current pipeline to over 1,200,000 square feet. Watt Retail Development’s goal is to create assets that increase in value and contribute to the welfare of the communities in which they are located. Watt Retail Development works with the other Watt business units, including the asset management and leasing teams, to successfully develop, manage and execute each project.
