Tyler Shoop leads the acquisition and business development efforts for Watt Retail Development.  Tyler looks at development opportunities in the southwest and throughout the United States, ranging from ground-up retail developments, to mixed-use, to infill and redevelopment opportunities.     

Prior to joining Watt, Tyler worked at Creative Artists Agency in Beverly Hills, California, as a motion picture talent agent. 

Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a law degree from Pepperdine University.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and the United States Green Building Council.  Tyler resides in Malibu, California.
