Lee Segal joined Watt in January of 2008.  He is responsible for the acquisition of existing industrial buildings and land for development into finished products.  Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Watt, having spent 30 plus years in leasing, sales, management and development of industrial properties in California.  Lee has developed in excess of 3,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial properties, acquiring commercial centers from the Midwest to the West Coast.  Prior to joining Watt Companies he was with Rexford Industrial LLC and The Klabin Company.

Lee was the youngest elected President of the American Industrial Real Estate Association and holds the highest honor, Master of Industrial Brokerage (MIB), an honor only awarded to 12 individuals since the organization was founded.

Lee graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance & real estate and continued at the University of Southern California for post graduate studies at the School of Law.
