As Controller for Watt Realty Advisors, Mr. Kwok’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions associated with the Company's portfolio.

Before joining Watt, Kevin spent five years at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in both tax consulting and financial reporting, for both private and publicly held clients within the construction and real estate industries. 

An active member of the community, Kevin's involvements include: membership in the AICPA, Loyola High School Alumni Association, and Heal the Bay.

Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant in California.
