Brian Hudes joined Watt in 2006 and is a key member of Watt Realty Advisors’ acquisitions team.  He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing real estate transactions as well as managing relationships with institutional and private investors.  He was involved in the Centro-Watt retail property joint venture. 

Prior to joining Watt, Brian was a Senior Associate at Navigant Consulting in the litigation and investigation group.
 
Brian is a graduate of Pomona College with a degree in Economics and is working to complete his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.  He maintains professional affiliations including membership in the UrBan Land Institute.
