Wendy Campbell joined Watt over 18 years ago and has held several positions in the company including Senior Property Manager and Construction Manager.  In her current role as Vice President of Property Management, she is responsible for overseeing the management of retail, office and industrial assets of Watt’s core portfolio. 

Prior to joining Watt, Wendy worked for a regionally owned real estate management company and was responsible for property management operations in two offices.  During her tenure at Watt, she has earned a professional designation in Construction Management through the UCLA extension program and has obtained her General Contractor’s License.  She also holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation achieved through the International Council of Shopping Centers.
