Brian Bourdages joined Watt in 2000 to administer and direct all consultant and general contracting activities for the development portfolio.  During his tenure, he has been instrumental in delivering numerous high profile projects including urban residential high-rise, historic building renovation and reuse, large scale apartment development, shopping center entitlement and development, light industrial campuses, and major infrastructure improvements.  Brian maintains an active role in predevelopment planning, due diligence, entitlement activity, quality assurance and the pursuit of new business opportunities for the company. 

Prior to joining Watt, he was Vice President, Director of Development for Helios Partners and was employed with Koll Construction for nine years as a Construction Manager.
