Since joining Watt, Jeremy Greener has been responsible for implementing entitlement management objectives and for the identification as well as the analysis of development opportunities throughout the greater Southwest Region. He is a key participant in the evaluation, negotiation, and structuring of strategic joint ventures for the optioning, acquisition, entitlement, improvement, and disposition of diverse real estate assets. Jeremy’s duties currently include the management and/or oversight of twenty-seven respective projects with a collective concentration in five different states.

A licensed attorney, Jeremy holds an A.B. in English Literature from Brown University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was a contributing author to and Senior Editor for the Loyola International & Comparative Law Review. He is a member of the Public/Private Real Estate Development and Zoning and Land Use subsections of the California State Bar.
