John Wickser brings 25 years of diverse experience in real estate fund management, investment banking, and entrepreneurial asset strategies to his role at Watt.  He heads Watt Realty Advisors, Watt’s advisory business unit, and is primarily responsible for sourcing and developing key advisory relationships with institutional and private investors including the recent successful relationship with Centro Properties Group, an Australian listed property trust.

Based initially in New York, then London, and now Los Angeles, John has been directly involved with the financing, acquisition, development, and management of over $15 billion of real estate assets in the US and Europe.  Prior to joining Watt, John was a Managing Partner of a $3 Billion real estate private equity fund.  Prior to that, he co-headed the London office of Citicorp’s Real Estate Investment Bank.  

John holds a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School.
