Howard Press joined Watt in 1987, as a division controller.  In 1993, when Watt sold part of its home building operation to Beazer Homes, Howard became a part of  the Beazer team, initially as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Beazer’s Western Region, and ultimately as President of Beazer’s Los Angeles - Ventura Division.

Howard rejoined Watt in 1997, as President of Watt Communities.  He currently oversees its three regional operations in Northern California, Southern California and the Central Coast.  His career in the homebuilding industry has spanned over 23 years.

Howard received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, in 1982.  He earned his Certified Public Accounting certification 1994.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura Building Industry Association, HomeAid and Temple Adat Elohim.
