Prior to joining Watt Companies, Mary was a risk advisory consultant for several years with KPMG where she specialized in the treasury function. In addition, Mary has over 10 years of commercial and international banking experience including foreign currency and Fed Funds trading.

As Senior Treasury Analyst Mary is responsible for corporate level cash management, managing daily banking activity, inter – company borrowings, maintaining banking service relationships and managing activities involving short term investments. She also oversees loan covenant compliance requirements, coordinating and organizing the timely filing with required financial institutions and investors. As a member of the Investment Committee she is responsible for investment performance reporting and analysis. She is the Committee’s primary liaison with investment advisors and investment record keepers, both at the operational and management levels to ensure the smooth and consistent treatment of investment transactions.

Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from California State University, Fullerton and an M.B.A from Loyola Marymount University. She is also a member of the Association of Financial Professionals.
