Ms. Watt serves as President of Watt Plaza, which is a 920,000 square foot Class "A" office building in Century City. She was responsible for the multi-million dollar renovation program at Watt Plaza which transformed the lobbies and common areas with new materials, pedestrian connections and artistic elements. The resulting modern and sophisticated environment along with the addition of new amenities, retail and dining options has proven to be an attractive option for firms seeking a Century City location.

Nadine Watt has also taken on the role of Director of Marketing for Watt Companies. In this role, Ms. Watt is responsible for the marketing, corporate branding and public relations of Watt Companies and its affiliates. She is also a shareholder and participant in all board meetings and shareholding committees.  

Previously, Ms. Watt served as the Vice President of Watt Genton Associates, one of the most experienced and largest owners, developers, and managers of commercial real estate in the Western United States. In this role, Ms. Watt was responsible for identifying and analyzing urban, mixed-use and multifamily development opportunities throughout the greater Southwest Region. In addition, she served as project manager for many developments overseeing the entire process from entitlement and design through construction and grand opening.  

A graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, Nadine also holds a Masters in Film Production from the University of Southern California. For several years Real Estate Southern California has cited Ms. Watt as one of the region's most prominent women in real estate in its annual ranking. An active business and community leader, she is the membership co-chair for the Los Angeles Business Council and serves on the executive committee for the Los Angeles Real Estate and Construction Council for the City of Hope. She is currently a board member of 1st Century Bank. She is also a long-standing member on the board of Best Buddies California, a non-profit organization supporting people with developmental disabilities and a board member of the California Science Center. Ms. Watt maintains many professional affiliations including membership in the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers.
