Webb Parker joined Watt in 2004 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has been in the homebuilding business since graduating with his M.B.A. in 1973, joining Cienega Homes of Tucson, Arizona as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He became a partner in 1975. Prior to joining Watt, he spent 5 years developing a new home community in East County San Diego. Webb also worked at KB Homes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the Antelope Valley Division and then as Director of Sales, responsible for all divisions at the corporate level.

Webb received his Bachelor of Science, Business and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Arizona. He holds both California and Arizona Real Estate Brokers Licenses and a California Contractors License. He has served on several Building Industry Boards of Directors.
