Jerry Grimaldi joined Watt in 2000.  He has over 30 years of real estate development experience in both the public and private sectors.  His responsibilities include land acquisition, project feasibility, forward planning and oversight of Sales and Marketing, including market research.  He also works closely with land acquisition staff in Watt Communities satellite offices.

Jerry’s career in real estate development and economics began in 1975, and includes senior management positions with the City of Long Beach, Coast Equities, the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles, California Coast Homes, KB Home Corporation.  He has also served on the City of La Palma’s Development Committee since 1982.

Jerry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University, and a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.  He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and holds a General Contractor’s license.
