Stacy Aguirre joined the Watt Companies leasing department in 2005. In her current role as Leasing Manager for the firm’s retail division, Stacy oversees the leasing and marketing activities of over 3.2 million square feet of space in grocery/drug anchored and strip centers across Southern California. Stacy has been instrumental in increasing Watt’s exposure in the retail community among retailers and the brokerage community in the last two years, executing deals with retailers such as Panda Express, Little Caesar’s and Seven Eleven. She is also responsible for managing third party broker relationships and works closely with Watt’s Property Management and Development Services to effectively and efficiently re-lease portfolio vacancies.
Prior to joining Watt Companies, Stacy was employed by Westfield America where she was involved in Mall Management in the San Fernando Valley. She also worked at Decron Management Corporation in Van Nuys, CA, as the on-site manager for a commercial property totaling over 500,000 square feet. Stacy began her career in real estate at The Festival Companies in 1995.
Stacy received her B.A in Physical Education and Psychology from San Diego State University, holds a California Real Estate Sales License, and is an active member of ICSC.
