With more than a decade of experience in retail real estate and marketing, Karin Gilbert is currently Leasing Coordinator for Watt Commercial Properties. At Watt, Karin is responsible for leasing space in the company’s 39 shopping centers as well as developing marketing initiatives for the entire two million square-foot portfolio. This includes managing the team’s website, coordinating trade show appearances and developing and executing various departmental procedures to streamline coordination between Property and Asset Management and Development Services. Karin joined Watt Commercial Properties in 2007 after working in the Real Estate Department for Washington Mutual Bank.
A California native, Karin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA from California State University Northridge. She also holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
